Little Snap Beans and Italian Flat Bean
Clean the beans of soil and touch edges, and place in a bowl.
Cut up both an onion and a potato.
• Both of these are not necessary, but, the onion gives the dish it’s sweetness and the potato gives it it’s creaminess.
Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the bowl of vegetables.
When the vegetables are tender, add your pasta.
• Mamma prefers to break spaghetti into smaller pieces with this dish.
• 50 grams of pasta per person
• Add your salt to taste
Cook until the pasta is “al dente”.

I think you mean "Pasta con fagolini e fagoli". What you wrote is strawberries and pasta! I was intrigued. Your Italian is so cute!
I've just discovered your blog. It's great the way you mix recipes with other stuff. When I've finished reading the archives I'll be back for more!
Antonello’s cousin mentioned that I should have someone read over my blog to correct Italian misspellings… But, I think it’ll be fun to look back on these entries, once I’ve lived in Italy for a while, and laugh!!
Hmm, we do eat pasta everyday. Maybe there is a way to mix strawberries and pasta! It’s an idea :)
How embarassing! I reread this and found that I misspelt 'Fagiolini and fagioli'! Ahhhh...
