400 g stocco (Dried Cod Fish)
two boiled potatoes
parsley
salt
EVOlive Oil
Boil the stocco in water will cooked. Clean the fish of bones and skin and place in a bowl. Add sliced potatoes, parsley, oil, and salt to taste.
